Board of Trustees & Officers (2023-2025)
GUILBERT SHERWIN A. SAMSON, Chairperson
Sherwin Samson is the Chairperson to the Board of Trustees. He is an AB Legal Management graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and is currently finishing his Masters in Public Administration with the La ConsolaciĆ³n University of the Philippines. He also recently got admitted to the Masters in Public Safety Administration Program of the Philippine Public Safety College as a full scholar.
He celebrated his 20th year in the House of Representatives and in the government last 2021, having served three different Bulacan representatives for 13 years. He is now the section chief assigned at the Office of the Deputy Secretary General for Finance in the same house of Congress.
He completed the 19th foundation course of the UP Law Center Paralegal Training Program and serves as the president of his batch.

ANTONIO T. ORTEGA, Trustee & President
Antonio T. Ortega is the President of the Association. After retiring as a Supervising Legislative Staff Officer II (SG 24) to the Committee on Legislative Franchises under the House of Representatives, he broadened his horizons by entering the field of alternative dispute resolution. He twice received a USAID scholarship for mediation and was eventually acknowledged by the National Center for Mediation of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and DOJ-Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution as an accredited mediator.
As a seasoned ADR practitioner, he was commissioned as a volunteer mediator and conciliator at the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). He then became Senior Vice-President for National Linkages at the National Center for Mediation, PCCI and admitted as an Associate Member of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb).
He completed the 10th foundation course of the UP Law Center Paralegal Training Program.

NORBEN A. SAGUN JR., Trustee & Professionalization Committee Chairperson
Norben A. Sagun Jr. is a history and legal management major at De La Salle University. The legal management thesis he co-authored, which analyzed the intellectual property rights of indigenous peoples over their traditional cultural expressions, received the gold thesis award in the same university.
He completed the 15th foundation course of the UP Law Center Paralegal Training Program in 2018. As the Chairperson to the Committee on Professionalization of Paralegals, he drafted the model bill for paralegal professionalization, versions of which have been filed by legislators in both Senate and House of Representatives.
